| 1 | pound chicken breasts, grilled and chopped |
| Lettuce | |
| Avocado | |
| Ranch Dressing | |
| Hot Sauce | |
| Large tortillas | |
| Chicken Marinade: | |
| 2 | limes, juice |
| ¼ | cup olive oil |
| 1 | teaspoon cumin seeds |
| 1 | teaspoon chili powder |
| 1 | teaspoon kosher salt |
| 1 | teaspoon black pepper |
Blend together lime juice, olive oil, and spices. Pour over chicken in bowl and marinade for at least 10 minutes.
Grill chicken or if you don’t want to grill in mid-winter you can pan-sear them and finish them off in the oven at 350 F 15-20 minutes.
When they are cool enough to handle, slice them into strips.
Tear up the lettuce and toss with the ranch and hot sauce.
Slice up the avacado.
Place some lettuce on a tortilla wrap, next avacado, then the chicken, now if you want add an extra drizzle of either ranch or hot sauce.
