Ingredients
- RECIPE ONE
- 4 tablespoons almond flour
- 3 - 4 tablespoons Stevia or Splenda
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Whipped cream, optional
- RECIPE TWO
- 1 tablespoon coconut flour
- 2 tablespoons special dark cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon Splenda
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 cup egg beaters, or 1 whole egg
- 2 tablespoons sugar free syrup, any flavor
- RECIPE THREE
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons coconut flour
- Scant 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- Pinch salt
- 2 1/2 tablespoons sugar free syrup, any flavor
- 3 drops liquid Stevia
- Dash vanilla extract
- Few shakes of cinnamon

Step 1
For each of the recipes, mix all dry ingredients in mug, add egg and blend thoroughly. Add wet ingredients and mix.
Place in 1000 watt microwave for 1-3 minutes. Do not cover mug. Cake will rise over top. Let cool and place on plate. Add a little whipped cream to top.
