  • 4 tablespoons almond flour
  • 3 - 4 tablespoons Stevia or Splenda
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream, optional
  • RECIPE TWO
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flour
  • 2 tablespoons special dark cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon Splenda
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 cup egg beaters, or 1 whole egg
  • 2 tablespoons sugar free syrup, any flavor
  • RECIPE THREE
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • Scant 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch salt
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons sugar free syrup, any flavor
  • 3 drops liquid Stevia
  • Dash vanilla extract
  • Few shakes of cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

For each of the recipes, mix all dry ingredients in mug, add egg and blend thoroughly. Add wet ingredients and mix.

Place in 1000 watt microwave for 1-3 minutes. Do not cover mug. Cake will rise over top. Let cool and place on plate. Add a little whipped cream to top.
