| Cake: | |
| 2 | cups flour |
| 2 | cups white sugar |
| ½ | cup oil |
| 4 | eggs |
| 2 | tsp cinnamon |
| 2 | cups shredded carrot |
| 1½ | tsp soda |
| 1 | tsp salt |
| 1-14 oz can crushed pineapple (drained) | |
| Icing: | |
| 1-4 oz pkg philly cream cheese | |
| ¼ - ½ | cup margarine |
| 1 | tsp vanilla |
| 2 | cups icing sugar |
In a bowl combine dry ingredients. In another bowl combine remaining ingredients. Stirring add wet ingredients to dry and mix thoroughly til combined well. Grease a 9 × 13 cake pan. Bake in preheated 350’ oven for 45 minutes
Combine icing ingredients well and spread over cake once cooled.
