
| 1 | lb bulk sausage |
| 6 | eggs slightly beaten |
| 2 | cups milk |
| 1 | tsp salt |
| 1 | tsp dry mustard |
| 2 | slices day old bread, torn into pieces |
| 1 | cup grated cheddar cheese |
| 2 | Tbsp chopped onion |
Cook sausage in a skillet, then drain.
Combine and mix all ingredients in a 9 × 13 Pyrex dish. Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 mins.
Serves 6. Great for Sunday brunch.
