| 1¼ | c all purpose flour |
| 1 | cup plus 3 T plain white cornmeal |
| 1 | T baking powder |
| 1 | tsp salt |
| ¼ | c butter melted |
| 2 | large eggs |
| 1 | cup buttermilk |
Preheat oven to 400. Lightly grease a 8 inch skillet and heat in oven 5 minutes. Meanwhile whisk together first 4 ingredients. Whisk in butter. Add eggs and buttermilk, beat till smooth. Pour batter into skillet. Bake at 400’ for 30-33 minutes or till golden brown.
