Creamy Jalapeno Ranch 1 Picture

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup mayo
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • 1 small bunch chives or tablespoon dried
  • Small handful cilantro
  • 1-2 jalapenos, seeds and stem removed, to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk. Optional, depending on texture desired, adjust to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Roughly chop the chives, cilantro, and jalapeno then place all of the ingredients except the buttermilk into a blender or food processor.

Blend for 10 seconds and check the consistency, blend in buttermilk if desired (use less buttermilk for dipping, more for dressing).

Store in an air-tight jar/container in the fridge.
