  • 3 1/3 c flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/2 T sugar
  • 1/4 c margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c milk

Step 1

Sift dry ingredients together. Cut in margarine to form a coarse mixture. Beat eggs with milk, then pour into flour mixture and stir. Knead dough on lightly floured surface for 2 minutes. Roll dough into balls the size of marbles. Let stand 15 minutes. Roll each marble out flat. Deep fry til golden brown. Turn. Drain. Dust with cinnamon sugar. Or top with Glaze for Bunuelos.
