flounder oreganata

4 flounder filets
2 tbs EVOO
¾ cup bread crumbs
¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
3 tbs fresh lemon juice
1 garlic clove, minced
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp dried oregano


Preheat oven to 425. Coat baking sheet with Pam, place fish on sheet. Combine olive oil, breadcrumbs, parsley, lemon juice, garlic, salt and oregano in bowl. Press bread crumb mixture on top of each filet, bake about 10 minutes.
