Marinade – Chicken, Steak, Pork, Burgers, and Veggies!
tsp garlic powder
T cider vinegar
T ground ginger
tsp liquid smoke (optional)
1. Combine all ingredients in a jar and shake to mix well. Marinate meat in mixture for thirty minutes or more. After marinating, discard used marinade. Can be used for pork, chicken, and beef. Also works great with grilled, baked, or steamed vegetables. Store unused marinade in the refrigerator.
2. For chicken, just cover dish with foil and leave it in the marinade, baking it at 350 for thirty minutes, or until done in the center.
3. Great for grilling too.
