Appetizer: Brie on French Bread with Procuitto PRINT
|1||loaf crusty french bread|
|1||c apple butter|
|Pears or apples|
|EVO for drizzling|
Heat oven to 450’. Slice bread into 16 slices. Butter each side of bread. Place on baking sheet. Spread apple butter on top of bread, top this with prosciutto and 3-4 slices of apple or pears. Cover with brie. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
