| 1 | loaf crusty french bread |
| 4 | T butter |
| 1 | c apple butter |
| 16 | slices prosciutto |
| Pears or apples | |
| 1 | pound brie |
| kosher salt | |
| Pepper | |
| EVO for drizzling |
Heat oven to 450’. Slice bread into 16 slices. Butter each side of bread. Place on baking sheet. Spread apple butter on top of bread, top this with prosciutto and 3-4 slices of apple or pears. Cover with brie. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
