Banana Bread
Healthy(ish) banana bread. 1 serving counts as one of your five a day (in my book at least).
Ingredients
| 2 | eggs |
| ¾ | cup sugar |
| 4 | medium bananas, mashed |
| ⅓ | cup natural applesauce |
| 1 | tsp vanilla extract |
| 2 | tsps baking powder |
| ½ | tsp baking soda |
| 1 | tsp cinnamon |
| ½ | tsp salt |
| 2 | cups flour |
Directions
Mix bananas, applesauce, and eggs together. Stir in sugar. Pour in remaining ingredients and combine.
Bake 375F for 45 min or until toothpick comes out with a few crumbs.
