Denver Egg Strata

12 eggs
3.5 cups milk
1 tsp. prepared mustard
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp ground black pepper
12 slices white bread, cubed
2 cups (8 oz) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1.5 cups cubed ham
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped green bell pepper

In large bowl, whisk eggs, milk, mustard, salt and black pepper. Stir in bread, cheese, ham, onion and bell pepper. Pour mixtures into greased 13x9 inch baking pan. Cover; refrigerate overnight. When ready to cook, preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake uncovered for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until set in center and golden brown.
