Ingredients
- 1 cup softened butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 12 sq chopped white baking chocolate
- 2 cups each dried cranberries and chopped nuts

Preparation
Step 1
beat butter, sugars in large bowl with electric mixer until light and fluffy. add eggs and vanilla until well blended. add flour and baking soda;mix well.
stir in white chocolate squares, nuts and cranberries. drop rounded tablespoonfuls of dough onto greased cookie sheets.
bake at 375 for 12 minutes or until golden brown. cool 3 minutes, then remove from cookie sheets. cool completely on wire racks.
makes about 6 dozen.
