Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup miracle whip
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tablespoon good mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • Salt & pepper to taste - go easy
  • mint, chopped
  • 1 large kohlrabi, peeled and shredded
  • equal volume of peeled and shredded tart crisp apple
  • 1/2 med onion, minced
  • 1 small carrot shredded

Mix all ingredients. Chill for several hours before serving. You may need more dressing, depending on size of kohlrabi.
