Ingredients

  • 1 slice of ham, or diced ham whichever you have on hand
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Your favorite shredded cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Line the bottom of an 8 ounce ramekin or custard cup with ham slice; folding if necessary.

Pour beaten egg over ham slice. Microwave on high for 30 seconds; stir. Microwave until egg is almost set, about 15 to 30 seconds longer.

Top with cheese and you're ready to eat.

You can stir in fresh herbs you may have on hand, and any variety of pre-cooked meats.
