Ingredients

• crumbs:
• 4 cups flour
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp salt
• 3 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 cup oil
• 2 cups buttermilk
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 1/2 cup flour
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup butter with 2 tbsp crisco
• 1/2 cup crushed walnuts

Preparation

Step 1

put all dry ingredients in bowl. add 1/2 cup oil, 2 cups buttermilk, eggs and vanilla.


grease tin (13 x 9) or 2 tins
bake 250 50-55 minutes
