Flambéed Valais Apricots PRINT

|6 to 8||large apricots, not too ripe|
|Valais apricot brandy|
|25||g/1 oz butter|
|25||g/1 oz granulated sugar|
Cut the apricots in half, break the stones and remove the kernels.
Peel the kernels, place them in boiling water and cut into small sticks.
Put the butter and granulated sugar into the ActiFry, and moisten with water. Heat it all to obtain a syrupy juice, then add the same amount of lemon juice and apricot brandy.
When the mixture boils, add the apricots, with the cut side downwards. Cook for 2-3 minutes, then turn them ever.
Cheff’s Recommendations: The apricots can be replaced with another fruit in season such as apples or pears, fruits that keep their shape on cooking.
