A new way to make exotic dishes.
| 1 | lb boneless, skinless chicken or turkey breast, cut into large cubes |
| 4 | tomatoes, cut into wedges |
| 2 | ActiFry spoons cashews |
| 2 | ActiFry spoons mango chutney |
| 1 | onion, peeled and sliced |
| 1 | ActiFry spoon vegetable oil |
| 1 | ActiFry spoon gingerroot, peeled and cut into a small dice |
| 4 | sprigs fresh coriander leaves |
| 1 | can (7 oz) coconut milk |
| salt | |
| pepper |
Put the oil and sliced onion in the ActiFry. Cook for 5 minutes.
Add the other ingredients, except the coriander leaves and the poultry. Season with salt and pepper and cook 5 minutes.
Add the poulty cubes and finish cooking 5 to 7 minutes. Add the coriander right before serving.
Chef Recommendations:
You can use the green ActiFry spoon to divide the preparation into small, square plastic serving dishes and then serve them with a small fork to tasting.
