Indian-style ActiFry Chicken
  • YIELD: 4 servings

A new way to make exotic dishes.

Ingredients

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken or turkey breast, cut into large cubes
4 tomatoes, cut into wedges
2 ActiFry spoons cashews
2 ActiFry spoons mango chutney
1 onion, peeled and sliced
1 ActiFry spoon vegetable oil
1 ActiFry spoon gingerroot, peeled and cut into a small dice
4 sprigs fresh coriander leaves
1 can (7 oz) coconut milk
salt
pepper

Directions

Put the oil and sliced onion in the ActiFry. Cook for 5 minutes.

Add the other ingredients, except the coriander leaves and the poultry. Season with salt and pepper and cook 5 minutes.

Add the poulty cubes and finish cooking 5 to 7 minutes. Add the coriander right before serving.

Chef Recommendations:
You can use the green ActiFry spoon to divide the preparation into small, square plastic serving dishes and then serve them with a small fork to tasting.
