A sucessful match between sea and garden
| 400 | g/14 oz angler-fish fillets, |
| 100 | g/3½ oz fresh prawns (shelled), |
| 1 | small bunch parsley, |
| 2 | cloves garlic, |
| 1 | small sprig dill, |
| 2 | ActiFry spoons plain flour, |
| 2 | ActiFry spoons virgin olive oil, |
| 100 | g/3½ oz tender peas, or precooked, |
| 100 | ml/3½ fl oz dry white wine, |

Season the angler-fish lightly with salt and coat with flour. Cut the garlic into small pieces. Pour the oil in the ActiFry and heat for 1 minute.
Put the angler-fish fillets and the garlic in the ActiFry. Heat for 5 minutes. Add the finely chopped parsley, the shelled prawns and the peas. Cook for another 5 minutes.
Leave to cook and then add the wine and 200 ml/7 fl oz water. Continue cooking for 15 minutes. Serve the angler-fish fillets with the green sauce and the prawns. Decorate with a small sprig of dill.
