
A renovation of a really old recipe
| 1⅓ | lb tender beef |
| 1 | tbsp vegetable oil |
| ¾ | cup chopped onions |
| 1 | tbsp paprika |
| ¾ | cup sour cream |
| Salt and pepper |
Chop the beef and marinate it with the paprika
Heat the vegetable oil and add the onions. When the onions are transparent, add the beef.
Cook for 3 to 4 minutes and add the sour cream. Bring to the boil, season and serve.
Chef Recommendations:
Instead of sour cream, you can use low fat cream.
