Get the most inventiveness out of a small budget.
| 1 | ActiFry spoon vegetable oil |
| 1 | onion, peeled and sliced |
| 1⅓ | lb veal tenderloin, cut into cubes |
| 1 | glass diced pineapple |
| 2 | ActiFry spoons pecans |
| 2 | ActiFry spoons liquid honey |
| 1 | ActiFry spoon cornflour |
| 2 | ActiFry spoons reduced-salt soya sauce |

Put the oil and sliced onion in the ActiFry and cook for 5 minutes. Add the veal and the pineapple and cook another 5 minutes.
Add the honey, pecans and cornflour mixed with the soya sauce. Season with sald and pepper and cook for 5 minutes. The sauce should thicken and the dish should become a shiny golden brown.
Use the ActiFry spoon to divide the preparation into small, round plastic individual serving dishes and serve with a small fork.
