ActiFry Veal with Honey and Pecans PRINT

Get the most inventiveness out of a small budget.
|1||ActiFry spoon vegetable oil|
|1||onion, peeled and sliced|
|1⅓||lb veal tenderloin, cut into cubes|
|1||glass diced pineapple|
|2||ActiFry spoons pecans|
|2||ActiFry spoons liquid honey|
|1||ActiFry spoon cornflour|
|2||ActiFry spoons reduced-salt soya sauce|
Put the oil and sliced onion in the ActiFry and cook for 5 minutes. Add the veal and the pineapple and cook another 5 minutes.
Add the honey, pecans and cornflour mixed with the soya sauce. Season with sald and pepper and cook for 5 minutes. The sauce should thicken and the dish should become a shiny golden brown.
Use the ActiFry spoon to divide the preparation into small, round plastic individual serving dishes and serve with a small fork.
