Algarve-style Cuttlefish PRINT

A taste of Portugal in a pan.
|600||g/ 1⅓ lb cuttlefish|
|1||small glass of white wine (100 ml/3½ fl oz)|
|1||tbsp olive oil|
|Salt to taste|
Wash and trim the cuttlefish and season with salt. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Place the garlic, the pepper cut into strips, the chilli pepper and the olive oil in the ActiFry and leave to cook for 10 minutes.
Add the diced cuttlefish and leave to cook for 10 minutes. If you prefer the cuttlefish whole, increase the cooking time to 15 minutes. Add the white wine, stir and leave to cook for another 5 minutes.
Serve with tomato salad, boiled potatoes and garnished with coriander or chopped parsley over the cuttlefish (according to preference).
Traditional recipe typical of southern Portugal – Algarve. Instead of boiled potatoes, this dish may be served with chips prepared in the ActiFry.
