Well, sometimes I tend to leave out the chicken breast. I forgot its potential and especially its affordability compared to other types of meat. So, I decided to make a small recipe that would involve chicken breast. It’s corn season so I thought that a puree would be nice to accompany the chicken.
I’ve started this recipe with the carrot pancake. I love the idea of eating a pancake for dinner, not for breakfast. Also, in Quebec it’s strawberry season, so I thought a beurre blanc made with strawberry syrup would be nice.
