photo credit: istock photo Normally we are enjoying cheesy enchiladas and drinking icy cold margaritas over Cinco de Mayo.  This year we are going to be doing things a bit differently by firing up the BBQ and eating lighter.  Don’t worry, there will still be icy cold margaritas.
