It’s apple season, so it’s impossible to miss a dessert made from that good fruit. To make the experience a little more complete, I invite you to serve yourself a good pint of cider. It can only be a greater moment during the creation of the recipe. My starting point is the caramel apple.
With that, I went with an apple cake and put it with a nice crumble to add a cool crisp. To add a little contrast, I’ve added vanilla greek yogurt and apple pieces to complement the presentation of the dish (but it’s optional). Everything still requires preparation, that’s why I suggest you have a pint of apple cider.
