Jack Daniel’s Ribs Sauce
This version is one of the best that I’ve done so far. It’s one of the most popular recipes on my blog and everybody who tries it falls in love with it. There are different ways to prepare ribs and this is the technique I prefer for having the best ribs, in my opinion.
To get the most tender ribs I boil them for around 1 hour in 8 liters of water with a mixture of onion, carrot, lemon juice, celery, bay leaf and parsley. It adds more flavor to the meat. At the end of this step, let the ribs cool a little bit before putting them in the sauce.
If you are able to prepare the sauce 3 – 4 days before you make the ribs, the taste will be much better. I didn’t try it, but try making a version with the honey Jack Daniel’s.
