Rhubarb summer cocktail

I love the beginning of the  summer with the arrival of rhubarb on the market. A fruit a little bit sour, but if you add some sugar, it becomes delicious. When I was preparing a rhubarb compote, I had the idea of using the syrup to prepare a small drink for myself.

It gives a little bit of freshness to the summer and it is especially delicious. The recipe will give you about 1 cup of syrup and I invite you to eat the rest of the rhubarb with vanilla Greek yogurt and a crumble, it’s delicious for dessert.
