Individual Breakfast Pizzas

I tend to lean toward the sweeter side of breakfast, opting for oatmeal with bananas, homemade quick breads with nut butter, yogurt and fruit, or cold cereal and granola instead of eggs.
That’s not to say, however, that I don’t eat my fair share of eggs. The little packages of protein make their way into many of my lunches and dinners, such as these individual breakfast pizzas.
